Chef T-Jay has worn many hats along his journey to the kitchen. A one-time stand out athlete, an accomplished vocalist, and a former network marketing professional, however nothing compares to the kitchen! Inspired by his grandmother, Queen Pauline Jones and his father, Tony D Allen (also a chef).
Chef T-Jay is blazing the industry with his innovative style and fabulous execution in some of the finest kitchens in America. From years with Pappas Restaurants, Inc. in Houston, Texas to Bonterra Wine and Dining in Charlotte, North Carolina under the tutelage of renowned Chef Blake Hartwick.
