Chef TJay reviews the menu, service style, event logistics and client priorities before preparing a personalized proposal.
Two dinners with the same guest count can require very different work. A relaxed shared meal is not the same production as a multi-course plated dinner with specialty ingredients and support staff.
Guest count and courses
More guests increase ingredients, preparation, plating, service time, and cleanup. Additional courses add sourcing, timing, dishes, and labor.
Menu and ingredients
Seasonal availability, specialty seafood, premium proteins, custom desserts, and dietary substitutions can affect cost and preparation.
Service, staffing, and rentals
Plated dinners may require assistants or servers. China, glassware, linens, tables, or equipment may also be needed.
Location and kitchen access
Travel, parking, load-in, refrigeration, cooking equipment, utilities, and workspace affect the plan.
Chef TJay does not publish one universal event price. A private consultation allows the proposal to reflect the actual occasion rather than an unrealistic online estimate.
